Hours/Shifts

  • 9 – 10 hours per shift
  • Average shifts per month 15
  • Additional shifts available, if desired

Work Load

    • 41 hours of physician coverage + 24 hours of midlevel coverage in the main ER with 32,000 volume per year
    • 19 hours of physician coverage + 24 hours of midlevel coverage  in the Ambulatory Service Area with a 48,000 volume per year
  • Bristol Regional Medical Center
    • 47 hours of physician coverage + 24 hours of midlevel coverage
    • 70,000 volume per year
  • 150,000 combined volume per year

Job Qualifications

  • Successful completion of Emergency Medicine Residency
  • Board eligible/Board certified in Emergency Medicine
